I created Bon Manger 10 years ago and have a lifetime of entertaining experience that began with my grandmother in Louisiana.
Developed to be a catering business focused on bringing clients an experience that exceeds their expectations, we prepare recipes grown from southern Louisiana traditions that are a fusion of Creole and American styles.

Your size is our size
Bon Manger has provided service to events ranging in size from 10 guests to well over 4000 guests. Service for events can be drop off/pick up or full wait staff, we are a full service enterprise and adjust to meet your needs. We are experienced with implementing riders as well.
